About This Place
The Iocchelli name is shared by a very small group of people. Our family name comes from my paternal grandfather - Fausto Iocchelli - an orphan with a 100% unique last name. My theory is that, when he was orphaned, my Nono’s last name was misspelled from either Iacchelli or Iochelli (two, much more common Italian surnames).
Name origins aside, this place is intended to be Iocchelli central. Over time, I hope to add pages for all members of my family.
